Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be agreed upon before the start of any work. Payment terms will also be discussed and agreed upon before any work is started. Fees may be subject to change based on the scope of the work or changes requested by the client. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in any work created by us for clients will belong to the client once payment has been received in full. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to us for use in our services do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of any information provided to us by clients in connection with our services. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the client’s prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any fees owed to us for services rendered up to the termination date must be paid in full.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our agency is located.
Entire Agreement
his Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
